Bill has invested over 20 years of his business life with Invisible Fence® Brand and his dogs. He spent his first 16 years working as the marketing and distribution executive with the Invisible Fence Brand corporate company. Bill then went on to play a more local role by acquiring ownership of Invisible Fence by StayDog, your local Invisible Fence Brand dealership. During Bills time with Invisible Fence Brand he has personally helped with the design & safety specifications and has been an active customer of Invisible Fence Brand product solutions with his family dogs. As both a user and owner of Invisible Fence by StayDog, Bill sincerely believes our primary job is to help keep your dog happy, healthy and safe at home.
Jeff has held several key roles for Invisible Fence Brand over the past 20 years. He joined the company in 1988 as the Chief Operating Officer and managed new product development, engineering, manufacturing, finance and administration for the corporate offices. His first Golden Retriever, Baloo, is the model dog you see on many brochures and vans. Jeff says, the importance of Invisible Fence Brand to make my family's life better with Baloo was clear to us and I have continued to support keeping pets safe and happy. It's my pleasure to participate in an endeavor that improves the quality of lives. Just as he was committed to the development of new quality products while leading the product development and manufacturing processes for Invisible Fence Brand, he is committed to quality products and service at StayDog. His commitment to producing satisfied customers through operational practices is a lifelong mission.
Kelly was among one of the first females to graduate from the University of Vermont with a BA in Entrepreneurship which she has certainly applied throughout her career at StayDog. Kelly started as a Pet Management Consultant in 2004. Her passion and belief in the product lead her to learn all facets of the how the system works including installation and service. A commitment to providing the best in customer service, lead Kelly to open the first StayDog boutique/service center in our office in Wayne. Kelly is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer through the Certification Council of Professional Dog Trainers, as well as a Certified Canine Nutritionist. Her expertise in training and her pure love for dogs serves as a great tool in training dogs, specializing in the timid and/or tough breeds. Her business etiquette and vast knowledge of the Invisible Fence by StayDog system quickly became apparent and she became a partner in 2007. She continued her education at Villanova University where she obtained her MBA with a specialization in Social Media. Kelly serves as the go to person for anything Invisible Fence Brand related! She is often seen with her Mastiff Lilly and her Pitbull Bucca.
John brings 15 years experience with Invisible Fence Brand pet containment equipment under his belt. Including 8 years as Materials Manager for Invisible Fence Brand Corporate responsible for procurement, stocking and distribution of all materials necessary to manufacture 60,000 + Invisible Fence Brand systems per year. Since the sale and subsequent move of Invisible Fence Brand out of state in 2003, John has been involved in the management of your local Invisible Fence Brand Dealership, Stay Dog LLC. As Operations Manager at Stay Dog, John is responsible for the daily service and store operations including management of 2-3 phone support personal and 6-8 field technicians.
Deb has been selling Invisible Fence by StayDog for longer than anyone in the industry. With 25 years of experience at Invisible Fence by StayDog Deb brings expansive knowledge and resources to the team. Deb has used the Invisible Fence Brand system for over 28 years to contain her dogs, and now uses it to keep her cats, Benny and Evie from escaping through her doors. Deb has grown up with our research and development team and has seen firsthand the amazing transformations we have made over the years. Her relationship with vets and familiarity with the area are astounding.
Jessica 's background is evidence of her love for pets. Jessica graduated from Penn State University in 2010 with a BA in Animal Bioscience. After graduation, Jessica got her hands-on experience in the Animal Science field by working at Warminster Veterinary Hospital and Hickory Veterinary Hospital. Jessica joined the StayDog team in 2012 as the Marketing Coordinator. Still passionate about working directly with pets Jessica became a Certified Professional Dog Trainer through the Certification Council of Professional Dog Trainers. Jessica spends her spare time rehabilitating dogs that would otherwise have been put to sleep. Her two dogs, Lucas and Wyatt, were lucky enough to have been saved by Jessica and now enjoy a loving home.
Alexandra’s interest in dogs began at a young age, spending her time studying dog breed books and volunteering with local animal rescues and shelters. It was not long before Alexandra knew she wanted to focus her career in the pet industry, and Millie her Goldendoodle, heightened her ambition. Over the years she has accumulated a great depth of knowledge and excellent skills in helping to educate pet owners on their pet’s health and well being including behavioral training and pet nutrition. She finds it very rewarding to be able to assist in expanding the bond between humans and their canine counterparts. We are excited to have Alexandra and Millie, join our StayDog team and greatly appreciate all they have to offer.
Mike has shown his dedication and loyalty by staying with Invisible Fence by StayDog for over 20 years. He has more experience training dogs on Invisible Fence than anyone in the nation! Mike is known as the Dog Whisperer of Invisible Fence Brand and has yet to find a pet he cannot train to the Invisible Fence® Brand! His knowledge and experience is unsurpassed by any. Mike is often seen with CeCe his Pomeranian out on jobs.
Julia came to StayDog with over 16 years of experience working with pets. Her experience at Old Marple Veterinarian as well as Wellington Family Pet Resort led to the accumulation of a wealth of knowledge pertaining to pets and their wellbeing. Julia has since become a certified StayDog Pet Trainer. Her love for pets can be easily seen in her enthusiastic training of pets as well as her excellent communication with our customers. Tater Tot, Julia's dog, has quickly become a favorite at the StayDog store. Julia also is the proud pet parent of four cats; Boo Radley, Puck, Vicious, and Houdini.
Technician Kyle joined StayDog fulltime early in 2014. Prior to that Kyle had worked part time as an install helped while attending West Chester University where he successfully graduated with a degree in criminal justice. Kyle's ultimate ambition is to become a member of the police force.
Technician Kyle joined StayDog as a repair technician in September 2013. Kyle had previously worked as a technician for Verizon Netlinks where he installed and serviced fiber optics. Kyle has become a valuable asset to our service team. Kyle is the proud owner of his dog Max a 14 year old Carin Terrier Mix.
Tom joined StayDog in November 2008 as a technician. Since then he has become fully versed in all aspects of installation and repair of Invisible Fence. In addition Tom performs all of our dog door installations. Tom is the proud owner of 2 dogs. An 11 year old Great Pyrenees named Shula and a 6 month old Wheaten Soft Coated Terrier named Chloe.
Andrew joined StayDog in 2006 in an administrative role. Since joining us Andrew has accumulated a wealth of knowledge on StayDog's product function and performance. He currently holds the responsibility for customer service, billing, purchasing and internal systems; phones, computer systems, smart devices and product diagnostic equipment. Our infrastructure works without fail because Andrew and his technical skills keep them running. Andrew also owns our office mascot Mosley who many of you have met at our store.
Robin joined StayDog in August 2012 as our lead scheduler. Robin brings extensive experience in the pet containment business including 16 years with Invisible Fence Corporate and 5 years with Pet Stop Corporate. The result of her tenure at both companies has produced expertise in product knowledge, pet knowledge and customer service. That combined with her ethic to take care of customer concerns expeditiously make Robin a very important asset to StayDog's success. In addition to her business professionalism Robin is a pet lover. Her pet family includes her 3 dogs, Riley, Oakie and Lily and Cheddar the cat.
Danielle has been with StayDog Invisible Fence for over 11 years. She started out working full time in the office and now she primarily runs the Boutique on Saturdays. You can stop in the office during office hours to have your equipment checked and repaired or replaced. Danielle can also assist you with getting a battery plan set up or that new collar for the newest member of your family. You can also stop in to the Boutique to get a new designer collar or a unique toy or treat for your all cats and dogs at home. Danielle's own dog Luna, pictured here with her, has enjoyed her freedom at home on her Invisible Fence for over 4 years.
